Processing and production time refers to the duration required to create your product once the order is placed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Therefore, the total time for your product to arrive is calculated by adding the processing time to the shipping time.

On average, the processing and production time for this item is 3 business days. However, please be aware that this estimate may vary during holidays and periods of increased order volume. If you have a specific deadline in mind, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss your requirements.

SHIPPING INFO:

Shipping generally takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) via USPS. If you desire expedited shipping, please contact us in advance to explore available options and additional fees.

Please note that we use different printers for various products in our shop. This means that if you order multiple product types (e.g., a desk mat and a shower curtain), they may have different processing times, shipping times, and could potentially arrive in separate packages on different days.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS INFO:

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds if any issues arise with the quality of the product you receive, such as manufacturing errors or printing defects. Please note that for any return or refund request, we require photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. In some cases, a short video may be necessary.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of item delivery, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund once we receive the item in its original brand new condition. Please contact us in advance to request a return and obtain the correct return address. (Please note that our items are shipped directly from our printer, so the address on the package may not be the correct return address.)

In the case of print or product defects or damage during shipping, a return is not necessary. Once we receive the photos/videos demonstrating the issue, you will receive a refund without needing to return the item.

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. After that period, we are unable to make any edits or cancellations as the order is submitted to our print provider.

Lastly, please ensure that you double-check your shipping address immediately after purchase. You can do this by visiting your "Purchases" page on Etsy.
